Do I ship overseas?
Yes! I ship world wide, however please be aware any customs costs may considerately increase the price of your purchase, as I am unable to cover these myself. Please be sure to double check your address is correct too, as I cannot fix any mistakes once your order has been sent.
Do I offer refunds or returns?
As I am currently a small one woman business, I cannot afford to offer refunds or returns at this stage, unless the garment arrives with a pre-existing fault. I try to only offer the best possible quality, and will check all made to measure orders for any faults before posting them, however as a small sole trader business there is always an expectation of imperfection in the pieces, as they are hand made. I like to think these small imperfections add to the charm, and keep the garments unique.
How do I order a made to measure garment?
All Moogie garments are available as made to measure orders. This means the item will be tailor made to your specific body measurements, meaning it will fit you like a glove and look incredible! All you have to do is fill out the order form when purchasing a product. Use a tape measure and ask a friend to take the required measurements, listed on the product purchase page. (this often helps to get the most accurate results, rather than attempting to do it yourself).
